- Get a head massage
Massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a few drops of oil in an almond or sesame oil base.
- Eat right to prevent hair loss
Without strong foundation any building can fall. If you don't provide right nutrition to your hair, they'll eventually fall. So, start eating good like zinc rich foods, protein rich foods, iron rich foods, vitamin A and vitamin C.
- Clean your comb
Clean your comb every week. If you look closely, you'll see that combs become dirty over time, So, they need to be cleaned with a brush, soap and water. As using a dirty comb continuously can led to hair fall.
- Hair style
