Massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a few drops of oil in an almond or sesame oil base.

Without strong foundation any building can fall. If you don't provide right nutrition to your hair, they'll eventually fall. So, start eating good like zinc rich foods, protein rich foods, iron rich foods, vitamin A and vitamin C.
Clean your comb every week. If you look closely, you'll see that combs become dirty over time, So, they need to be cleaned with a brush, soap and water. As using a dirty comb continuously can led to hair fall.
Hair loss can be caused by tight ponytails, braiding tightly etc. So, don't tie your hair tightly on regular basis in order to prevent hair loss.
Dirty hair is more likely to get affected and more like to fall. So, keep your hairs clean by good quality of shampoo and hair products. When you shampoo your hairs, concentrate on your scalp and hair roots, When applying conditioner or hair lotion, it's better to concentrate on your ends of hair
