How to keep your relationship strong?


  • When you say, "I love you", mean it.
 I love you means I accept the person as you are and I don't want you to change into someone's other. Love is a feeling. Love is a choice. Say I LOVE YOU to your partner every morning.
  • When you say, "I'm sorry", look the person in the eye.
We are humans not God .So, the mistakes are obvious. But whenever you realize that you've done a mistake, feel sorry and take immediate steps to correct it. 
  • Support each other in every situation
If you are in a relation, one of the most important thing is to be supportive. Support each other whatever the situation is .If other person is wrong then make that person realize the mistake but in a gentle way.
  • Accept everything
Acceptance is needed to make your relationship strong. Forget about the past, ,just live the present because past has already gone but if you don't forget the past, you"ll surely make your present worse. Forgive your partner and accept the reality.
  • Think positively
Maintain a positive attitude. If something goes wrong, don't blame each other. Your thinking should be like that everything happens for a reason and everything happens according to the God's will and it is for your goodness.
  • Don't compare your relation with others.
Comparing means to loose relation. Everyone has different chapters in his/her life so If you compare your relationship with others then how can you find a solution for your relationship .Instead of finding a solution, you"ll make your relationship worse.
  • Share your feelings
Sharing makes the bond stronger. Share how you spend your day, how you feel, what you love to do, your hobbies, your interests, your problems, your tensions everything. This will surely make your relationship strong as by doing this, you''ll know each other more and more.
  • Make your partner a priority
Never treat your partner as a choice. Treat him/her as a priority. Priority increases importance and you''ll start caring more of your partner. This is turn increases feelings and which results in a strong and happy relationship.
  • Good communication
Communication is an important part for a healthy relationship. Communicate with each other even if you have busy schedule. Play with each other. Do fun, watch movies with a good message, respect each other's thinking, respect your partner's dreams and do your best to fulfill those dreams.
  • Trust
Trust is the most important thing to make your relationship strong. If you don't trust your partner, there is no meaning of having a relationship with him/her. With trust,  good understanding is also needed. If your partner is not talking to you or not picking your call, then have patience and have trust. After some time, you''ll definitely get a back call if he/she really loves you.

Steps to be happy


  • Stay away from negative people

           You can't live a positive life if you've negative people in your life. Negative people will spread  negativity and also they have a problem for every solution. A negative person will surely have many reasons to prove you wrong and let you down. So, always try to ignore the negative comments or simply reply by saying 'OK'.

  • Smile when picking up the phone

           Whenever you pick the phone, speak politely and smile. Surely, the other person will feel good. That person will feel your smile over the call. If you don't know who is on the call, speak politely 'MAY I KNOW WHOM I AM SPEAKING TO' . It will put a good impression on the listener and also, you'll become a reason for his/her smile.

  • Forgive others

           Forgive others but don't forget the lesson which you've learnt from your mistake or from other's mistakes. If  you don't forgive others, you'll feel tensed and angry. So, you'll not be able to enjoy your life You'll always feel hurt. So, forgiving them will make you feel happy.

  • Thank God for everything

           Just have a thinking in your mind that whatever happened to you was good, whatever is happening in your life is good and whatever will be happened in your life will be for your goodness. So, thank god everyday and every time. Thank for whatever you have. Thank every night before sleeping for the beautiful day which you've spent.

  • Help at least 1 person daily

           Don't wait for good things happen to you. Go out and make the good things happen. Help others.  Helping others, doing things for others is a powerful way to boost your happiness as you''ll get a lot of blessings from them. It will improve your mood and reduce stress.

  • Set a goal and try to achieve it

           Goals make you an active participant in your life. Set goal whether it's difficult or easy, doesn't matter. Always think 'I CAN'. Creating goals will strengthen you. Make a plan for achieving your goals and follow it. Do your best for achieving your goals.

  • Accept everything

            Accept everything which happens to you. Accept challenges and face them. Accept failure and think that you have been given an another chance to prove yourself in a better way and try to give your best . Acceptance will make you strong and definitely,you''ll feel happy and satisfied. When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.

  • Always keep a smile on your face

            Most people smile because they feel happy but you should think that " I AM HAPPY BECAUSE I SMILE". Smiling not only makes you happy but makes others happy too. Smiling even if you're tensed or sad is a symbol of how strong you are. Even if something bad happens to you, just smile and think it has happened for my goodness .You''ll definitely feel good.

  • Spend some time alone

            Spending time for yourself is a key for happy life. Walk daily. Spend time in silence. Do creative activities. Write your good things. Find your passion and make it happen. Do things which make you happy. Know yourself and try to improve yourself

  • Maintain a positive attitude

             Positive attitude is must for happy life. Suppose you're ditched by someone, think that the person who ditched you was not right for you. God has given you another opportunity to find a better person than him/her. Throw away negativity from your life.  Always say 'I CAN'., 'I WILL' and remember 'NEVER GIVE UP'

  • Don't compare your life to others

            Great words said by Bill Gates "Don't compare yourself with anyone in this world. If you do so, you're insulting yourself." Every person has different life. Don't compare yours' situations with others. Always think that you're unique. Comparisons take away joy and happiness from you.

  • Think less

            What others think of you should be none of your business. Don't worry. Worrying will not make the conditions good but it will make you feel sad . If you can't laugh at the same joke told to you repeatedly then why to remain sad and worry about the past.
